Q: I have a problem with my Perfect Pullup handles. What can I do?
A: Perfect Fitness will replace cracked or broken Perfect Pullup handles free of charge. We will also upgrade your handles free of charge if you own the original style handle shown in this picture. To replace or upgrade your handles, please contact customer service: custserv@perfectpushup.com.

Q: How do I clean your products?
A: Over time your products may become slick from sweat and grime collected during workouts. To clean them, scrub with a rag dipped in warm soapy water. Make sure to dry everything thoroughly.
Q: My Perfect Pushup isn't turning smoothly. What are my options?
A: The Perfect Pushup comes with a one year manufacturing defect warranty. We will replace your Perfect products if anything breaks due to a manufacturing defect during the first year. Contact our customer service: custserv@perfectpushup.com.
